SUBJECT: REVISED NOTIFICATION: Nominations for Incubators Training Program at T-Hub, Hyderabad
Dear Madam/Sir
This is for your kind information that the Innovation Hub, Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow is organizing a Training Program on Incubator Management at the prestigious T-Hub, Hyderabad, aimed at empowering Innovation Coordinators/Incubation Manager and enhancing the incubation ecosystem in AKTU-affiliated institutions.
The training is scheduled from 9 th January to 11th January 2025 and will cover critical aspects of innovation management, startup ecosystem development, and incubation strategies.
After receiving several emails and calls from AKTU affiliated institutions to permit more than one nominations from each institute, here is the revised notification, that your esteemed Institution is allowed to nominate maximum two person (incubation manager or innovation coordinator or a key representative involved in entrepreneurship and incubation activities) to participate in this program.
Details of the Program:
- Event: Incubators Training Program • Venue: T-Hub, Hyderabad
- Date: 9-11 January 2025
- Target Participants: Innovation Coordinators from AKTU-affiliated institutions
Participants Eligibility:
- Institution must have Section-8 Company registered incubation centre.
- The nominated incubation manager/innovation coordinator/faculty incharge must have attended atleast one incubator training program organized by Innovation Hub.
- The nominated incubation manager/innovation coordinator/faculty incharge must have organized minimum 2 program for startups/students related to entrepreneurship in the past.

Important Note:
- The training cost, fooding and accommodation of the participants will be taken care by Innovation Hub AKTU.
- The institute need to arrange to and fro travel to Hyderabad for the nominated member.
- Upto two nominations per institution are allowed.
- Institute Director must ensure that the nominated participant must attend all 3 days of the training.
